The home includes an open floor plan with ocean breezes and a limitless bright interior. The first story contains a home office, an exterior eating area and two outdoor waterfalls. Every light, fountain, blind, television and security camera is controlled by a home automation system which is routed to several control panels, and any android or apple phone. Every room is equipped with a whole-house audio system when one wants to entertain guests.  The first floor also contains a media room with full surround sound and automated movie screen.

The home also has a natural gas-powered generator in case of electrical black outs or natural disasters.

The second floor contains a two bedroom guest apartment with a full kitchen and a full bath with jacuzzi tub. It’s heating and air-conditioning is controlled separately from the rest of the house.

The Master Bedroom has a fireplace, walk-in closet, a tv media system, and a balcony that overlooks the waterfall and parts of Venice. The master bathroom has a shower with electronic temperature control, body sprays, hand sprays and rainfall water heads in the ceiling. It also contains a Japanese soaking tub and automated toilet.  The mirror also turns into a television for extended lounging.

On the roof lies a deck that rivals most hotels with a view of all of Venice- from the ocean to the mountains of Santa Monica.The patio also contains a gas-powered barbeque with two refrigerators and a stovetop.
